Can you use regular flour or does it have to be that specific flour?

A family friend, who has just turned 101 years old, used to make these. They taste absolutely heavenly. So smooth and creamy.

Hi, Would this recipe work if the bean puree was replaced with more almond flour? or if the amounts were reversed? The idea of bean puree just doesn't appeal to me.

Hi Natalia, you really don't need to use pastry for these, the ones on the picture for this recipe don't, it's entirely up to the person.

Hi Cathy, yes, but the best thing to do is wrap them in a plastic film, and place them in sealed plastic bags..
