    mine don't look like picture altho used a bundt pan.....the glaze is buttery and runny will see how tastes later

    Marty, we make this cake all the time, the topping is not supposed to be thick at all, it's that way so the cake can absorb it, so it seems like you did good. What you see on the recipe photo is depending on how much sugar you add and after it cools/dries out.

    Yes, should be on the smaller side, an example would be what you get on a can of mixed fruit.

    Yes Vina, you can use shredded or desiccated nuts, dried fruits, ground almonds, crushed pistachios or pecans.

    You can use a 10" Bundt pan or any other, just make sure there is enough room in it when you pour in the batter, to allow it to rise.
