Portuguese Grilled Squid with Green Sauce Comments

    Oh, this should be very popular in Mexico where we live. Fresh squid comes tour local fish market on a daily basis and we love it. Photo looks as if the tentacles have been removed. For what do you suggest to use these? And the sauce should be usable for so many other seafood choices. Thanks!

    Joseph, you can use the tentacles for many other recipes, just google it and you should find some good ones. 👍👍

    I usually fry this part of the squid, using a dusting of flour and garlic. Or coated with a sweet soy glaze. But would be open to trying other options. Google was not too creative/imaginative on the subject.
