Ingredients:

  • 10 veal cutlets
  • 2 cups of unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan reggiano cheese
  • 1 garlic glove chopped
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 hot banana peppers (optional)
  • 5 chili peppers (optional)
  • 1 large onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil to fry
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
