They are then arranged on a baking sheet and roasted in the oven at high heat until tender, juicy, and lightly golden. The garlic-butter sauce infuses the shrimp with savory richness, while roasting enhances their natural sweetness. Perfect as an appetizer, topping for pasta, or served with crusty bread.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 lbs of shrimp (approximately 20 large shrimp)

 
Bake at 350F for 14 minutes
