Portuguese Simple & Quick Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
12 peeled medium-sized shrimp
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
Olive oil (to taste)
Margarine or butter (to taste)
White wine (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Heat a frying pan with olive oil (to taste) and add a little margarine or butter (to taste).
Add the sliced garlic and let it fry a little.
Add the shrimp, season with white wine, salt and pepper (to taste).
Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
