- Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, after well incorporated, add the remaining ingredients and beat some more.
- Grease a round pudding pan with the butter and pour the mixture inside.
- Place the pudding pan in a bigger oven safe pan filled half way with water and bake for around 1 hour.
Tips: You can accompany this pudding with caramel or honey syrup.
