350g (1 and 1/2 cups) of rice1 medium-sized Savoy cabbage, chopped1 chopped onion2 cloves of garlic, chopped3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped2 bay leaves1 dl (100 ml) of olive oil1 chouriço, slicedSalt to tastePepper to taste1 liter of water
Preparation
In a wide pot, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, and bay leaves and let it all sauté.
After the onion is sautéed, add the sliced chouriço.
Fry for a while, add the tomatoes and let it sauté.
