Preparation
With a knife, trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half vertically (if the pods are very long, cut them in half).
In a pot of boiling water, season with salt and cook the green beans for 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, drain the green beans and let them cool.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add the beer and lemon juice.
Beat and add the eggs one by one.
Once well beaten, let it rest for 30 minutes.
Dip each green bean in the batter and fry in hot oil.
Once golden brown, remove them to a plate lined with paper towels.
