1/2 cup water1/3 cup sugar3 1/4 cups white wine2 cups sparkling water3.5 oz frozen passion fruit pulpMint leaves to taste3 fresh passion fruits20 cardamom seeds (optional)
Preparation
Combine the water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
In a pitcher, add the white wine and sparkling water, both well chilled.
Add the passion fruit pulp, lightly crushed mint leaves, and the fresh passion fruits cut into quarters.
