Orange Cake of 20 Tablespoons
Ingredients
6 eggs
20 tablespoons (1 cup) of sugar
20 tablespoons (1 1/4 cups) flour
20 tablespoons (1 cup) of oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Zest of 2 oranges
Juice of 3 oranges
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
Beat all the ingredients together until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Check for doneness using a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
