Portuguese-Style Grilled Ham & Cheese
Ingredients
2 Portuguese buns (papo-secos)
4 slices of ham
4 slices of cheese
2 teaspoons of butter
Preparation
On the 2 buns, spread the butter.
Add 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese on each bun.
Place both buns on a panini press and cook until golden brown.
Enjoy hot.
