Preparation
Peel the apples, core them, and cut into slices.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the apples.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon.
Stir and let it cook on low heat for a little longer.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a tart pan with removable bottom with the pastry and prick the bottom with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, remaining sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and milk and whisk well until smooth.
Place the apples in the tart shell, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
