Deliciously Tangy Portuguese Orange Pudding
Ingredients
8 medium eggs
350 g sugar
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 to 3 oranges (juice and zest)
Preparation
Preheated the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place everything into a bowl and beat well.
Pour into a tart pan lined with parchment paper and greased with a bit of butter.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Serve as is or with a scoop of ice cream.
