Easy Golden and Rustic Meat Bread Recipe
Ingredients
600g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
15g instant dry yeast
400ml warm water
25g rye flour
Assorted meats, to taste
1 small to medium oven safe pot
Preparation
Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl (add the meat last), then let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and form the dough into a ball.
Sprinkle flour on the bottom of a pot and place the formed dough ball inside.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry (about 40 to 45 minutes).
