Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a tart pan (without a removable bottom) with butter and lightly dust it with flour.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until well combined.
Add the citrus zests and juices, mixing them into the batter.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour into the milk until smooth. Pour this into the egg mixture and stir until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
