5 eggs6 tbsp olive oil3 cloves garlic, chopped1 tbsp red pepper sauce (pimenta moida), mildSalt (to taste)1 tbsp red wine or vinegar
Preparation
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil at medium heat, and fry the eggs to your liking.
Once the eggs are fried, set them aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 4 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper sauce and wine or vinegar, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
Place eggs in a serving plate, and pour the sauce over them.
