Portuguese Fried Pork Ribs (Costeletas de Porco Fritas)
Ingredients
1 1/2 kg of pork ribs (cut in pieces)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Frying oil
Preparation
Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place the ribs in a bowl, add the seasoning, mix well and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Drain the ribs, place in a large saucepan with oil and cook over medium heat to fry for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove, drain and serve hot, accompanied with slices of lemon.
