Portuguese Milk Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups of condensed milk
1 and 3/4 cups of milk
5 tablespoons of cornstarch
3 tablespoons of sugar
Liquid caramel (to taste)
Vanilla (to taste)
Preparation
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch, milk, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Spread the caramel over the pudding mold/form than place the preparation there.
Cover the mold/form with a lid or use aluminum foil and bake in a water bath for about 1 hour at 180C / 350F.
Let it cool slightly and unmold.
