Portuguese Orange Tart (Tarte de Laranja)
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of flour
1/4 cup of butter
1/2 liter of milk
Juice and zest from two oranges
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix well for 1 minute.
Pour into a pie pan lined with parchment paper and greased with butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F until cooked (about 45 minutes).
Unmold after its cold.
