Portuguese Quick Lime Mousse
Ingredients
1 cup of condensed milk
3/4 cup of heavy cream
1/2 lime, juice only
Lime peel to garnish
Preparation
In a blender, beat the ingredients well until a thick and lump-free cream is obtained.
Pour into a large serving glass dish and garnish with some lime peel.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
