Portuguese Quick Lime Mousse


Ingredients
1 cup of condensed milk3/4 cup of heavy cream1/2 lime, juice onlyLime peel to garnish
Preparation
  1. In a blender, beat the ingredients well until a thick and lump-free cream is obtained.
  2. Pour into a large serving glass dish and garnish with some lime peel.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
