Portuguese Crab Sauce (Molho de Sapateira)
Ingredients
1 cooked crab
1/2 cup of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of Ketchup
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 boiled egg
Pickles (optional)
Preparation
In a container place the edible contents from inside the crab shell (undo with a fork).
Add the finely chopped egg, as well as the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Check for salt and pepper (to taste).
Refrigerate before serving and serve in the shell.
