Ingredients
Peel of a pineapple1 liter of water2 cinnamon sticksMint leaves to taste
Preparation
  1. Put the pineapple peels with the cinnamon and water in a saucepan and boil for ten minutes.
  2. Add the mint leaves and remove from the heat.
  3. Cover the saucepan and let it sit for another ten minutes.
