Portuguese Roasted Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients
10 medium sized good quality potatoes
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Coarse salt (to taste)
Olive oil (to taste)
Preparation
Cook the potatoes with the peel in salt water.
Once cooked, drain and give them a slight "punch" with the hand.
Put the potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle them with olive oil and season with coarse salt, dry thyme and the garlic (crushed).
Bake at 180ºC or 350ºF until crisp and golden.
