1 round bread1 cup of cooked and shredded linguiça sausage1 cup of grated mozzarella1 cup of grated emmental cheese1 cup of mayonnaise4 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
Cut a hole on top of the bread, remove all the crumb from inside the bread and save the top piece you cut off.
Mix the shredded linguiça sausage with the garlic in a container then add the cheeses, the mayonnaise and mix everything well.
Place everything inside the bread.
Bake the bread with the cut off piece on the side until the cheeses have melted (30 to 40 minutes).
Place the top piece on the bread or on the side and serve.
