Delicious and Popular Yogurt and Coconut Cake
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 small lemon yogurt
5 tablespoons of oil
1 and 1/4 cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of grated coconut
1 and 1/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, sugar and coconut.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
Place the dough in a greased and sprinkled with flour cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC or 350ºF (about 40 minutes), do the toothpick test to see if it's cooked.
