Portuguese Chicken Thighs with Thyme
Ingredients
6 chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic
Olive oil (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
3 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 cup of white wine
Sunflower oil (to taste)
Preparation
Season the chicken thighs with salt, freshly ground black pepper, the chopped garlic and thyme.
Arrange in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and a little sunflower oil.
Add the white wine and bake at 180ºC or 350ºF for 40 minutes.
