2 chicken breasts, cut into steaks1 cup of heavy cream3 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of mustardGround pepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)Olive oil (to taste)

- Season the steaks with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil (to taste) and fry the steaks.
- Add the mustard and cream to the frying pan.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and serve immediately.
