Preparation
- Remove the seeds and peel from the watermelon.
- Cut the watermelon into small pieces and blend it into a pulp in a blender.
- Wash the mint leaves and add them to the watermelon pulp.
- Fill a glass half way with crushed ice, fill the rest of the glass with the watermelon pulp, stir and serve.
