Preparation

  1. Heat a frying pan with olive oil (to taste) and add a little margarine or butter (to taste).
  2. Add the sliced garlic and let it fry a little.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with white wine, salt and pepper (to taste).
  4. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
