- Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
- In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, milk and olive oil, beat very well with the mixer, then add the honey and beat for 5 minutes (until creamy), finally add the nuts and mix.
- Add the batter into a greased with butter and dusted with flour cake pan.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until done, after 45 minutes, test with a toothpick.
