1 can of tuna (about 385 grams)10.5 ounces (300 gr) of mashed potatoes3 tablespoons of chopped onion1 clove of garlic, chopped3 tablespoons of chopped parsley2 eggsSea salt (to taste)Black pepper (to taste)Olive oil (to taste), for frying

- Drain the tuna well and mix with the remaining ingredients (not the olive oil).
- With the help of two spoons shape the fritters and fry in olive oil or hot oil until golden brown.

Just made these for lunch and it was very good. Just want to give everyone a heads up to add 1 egg at a time since you made not need the second egg. i used an X-Large egg and it was enough. Had I added the 2nd I would not have been able to shape then with spoons.
