2 cups of milk1/4 cup of butter1/3 cup of flourNutmeg (to taste)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. In a small pan, heat the butter and stir until frothy, then add the flour and stir well.
  2. Add the milk gradually, always beating with a wire rod until the sauce begins to boil.
  3. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir well and use.
