Ingredients

7 tablespoons of honey7 tablespoons of brown sugarJuice of 3 lemons

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
  2. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  3. Place in a sterile, tightly closed jar.

Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon 3 to 5 times daily
Children: 1 teaspoon 3 to 5 times a day
