1/2 lb of green beans1 small carrotPumpkin (to taste)1 and 1/2 onions3 medium potatoes1 lb of zucchiniSalt (to taste)

Preparation
- Peel and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Cook the vegetables in a pan covered with water (just enough to cover) for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- In the midst of cooking add the green beans and season with salt, add more water if necessary.
- When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat, drizzle with olive oil and using a hand blender, blend everything.
