1 chopped onion2 chopped garlic cloves1 tablespoon of olive oil1 bay leaf1 carrot cut into half moons2 cans of tuna in olive oil (drain the oil)1 cup of rice1 cup of green peas2 cups of water1/2 cup of white wine

Preparation
- In a saucepan, place the water, olive oil, wine, onion, garlic, carrot, peas and bay leaf.
- Once the water boils, add the rice, stir, cover and cook over a low heat (about 20 minutes).
- When the rice is cooked and without any water, mix in the shredded tuna and serve.
