- In a mortar, crush the garlic cloves with coarse salt, add the paprika, oregano and olive oil and stir.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper, pour the previous mixture over the meat, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Place the meat with the marinade in an oven dish, sprinkle with the juice of 1 orange and place half slices of the other orange between the meat.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC or 400ºF for about 40 minutes.
