Preparation
- In a non-stick frying pan, place the water, sugar and almonds, and let it caramelize, always stirring over a low heat until so the sugar gets on all the almonds.
- Then, place the almonds on parchment paper and separate them with a wooden spoon (as it is very hot).
- Once separated, allow to cool completely.
- Store in a tightly closed container and enjoy.
