Ingredients

1 bottle of rose wine1/2 lb of red fruits1 orange1/2 cup of Port wine1 and 1/2 tablespoons of lemon liqueur (or other to your liking)2 tablespoons of brown sugar1 cup of soda (to taste)Fresh mint leaves (to taste)

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Put the red fruits, the orange cut in pieces, the liqueur, the Port wine and the sugar in a container and let it rest for at least 30 minutes (this process will extract the juices from the fruit and blend them in with the remaining liquid.
  2. Place the preparation in a serving jar and add the cold rose wine, add the cold soda and the mint leaves. 
  3. If necessary add ice cubes.
  4. Stir before serving.
