Preparation

Makes about 12 to 15 small pataniscas.

  1. In a bowl, place the onion, eggs, flour and mix well.
  2. Add the cod and enough water until you have consistent but loose dough, then add the parsley and mix.
  3. Place small amounts of the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, flatten them up a little and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C or 350°F.
