Preparation
Makes about 12 to 15 small pataniscas.
- In a bowl, place the onion, eggs, flour and mix well.
- Add the cod and enough water until you have consistent but loose dough, then add the parsley and mix.
- Place small amounts of the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, flatten them up a little and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C or 350°F.
