5 cups of your choice of fruits1/4 cup of Port wine1 cup of natural orange juice4 tbsp of brown sugar

- Add all the fruit to a bowl.
- In a small container stir in the orange juice, Port wine and brown sugar.
- Pour it over the fruit and toss well.
- Serve or refrigerate if you prefer cool.
