Hi I was wondering if you could help me with this .my voa, made a recipe that used pork and pork liver cubed, it had onions and parsley in it. It had a sauce that was brown . Unfortunately that’s all I can remember about it, other then it was wonderful. Sadly she passed before I could collect all of her recipes. She called it molho fei(sp) not sure of spelling, her family came from Sao Miguel, if that helps.

Sorry Bernadette, doesn't ring a bell, maybe it was her own recipe, people do that all the time and add their own twists to a recipe.
