4 whole eggs2 cups of brown sugar1 cup of oil2 cups of all-purpose flour1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder1 teaspoon of cinnamon1 teaspoon of coarse salt2 cups of grated carrot1 cup of walnut kernels (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Mix all ingredients well, in order.
  3. Place the batter in bundt cake pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until it's baked (when a toothpick comes out dry).
