Preparation

  1. Peel all the bananas and cut all of them in half.
  2. Dip the bananas in the beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the bananas on both sides in hot oil.
  4. When the bananas are golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon onto a plate with absorbent paper.
