4 potatoes4 garlic cloves, sliced2 eggs2 steaks2 tablespoons of butter1 cup of wineMustard to tasteOil to tastePepper to tasteSalt to taste

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the steaks and the wine.
  2. Add the garlic and mustard to taste.
  3. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and use your hands to coat the steaks in the marinade.
  4. Then, let the steaks marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Next, cut the potatoes into sticks.
  6. Fry the steaks in hot oil with some of the marinade.
  7. Now, remove the steaks from the pan.
  8. Fry the fries, season with salt and remove from the pan.
  9. Then, pour the remaining marinade into the pan.
  10. Add the butter to the marinade and let it reduce a bit.
  11. Pour the hot marinade over the steaks.
  12. Fry the eggs and season them with a little salt.
  13. Finally, place the steaks on a large plate.
  14. Add the fried eggs on top and the fries on the side.
  15. Serve with a salad and rice.
