1 13oz (400ml) can of pineapple slices8 cherries1 6oz pineapple yogurt4 eggs3 yogurt cups of sugar3 yogurt cups of flour1 yogurt of oil1 teaspoon of baking powderCaramel syrup to taste

Preparation

  1. In a mixer bowl, place the whole eggs, oil, sugar, yogurt, flour, baking powder, and beat everything for about 10 minutes.
  2. Grease a cake mold with liquid caramel, and on the bottom, place the pineapple slices and the cherries.
  3. After beating the batter, pour it over the pineapple and cherries.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the oven, pierce it with a fork.
  6. Pour some pineapple juice from the pineapple can over the cake.
