Ingredients

3 eggs12 tablespoons of brown sugar12 tablespoons of oil6 tablespoons of milk6 tablespoons of regular coffee (liquid)1 tablespoon of powdered instant coffee12 tablespoons of all-purpose flour1 teaspoon of baking powder

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
  2. Grease a baking pan with margarine and dust with flour.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
  4. Add the oil and beat a little more.
  5. Turn off the mixer.
  6. Add the milk, coffee, and instant coffee powder and mix well with a spatula or wire whisk.
  7. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then unmold.

Note: When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
