Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
- Place the puff pastry in the tart pan, press all around and the bottom.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk in a saucepan.
- Add the sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla and stir everything very well.
- Bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken and remove from the heat.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
