Puff pastry pie sheet1/2 liter of milk200g of sugar3 egg yolks3 tablespoons of cornstarch1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Place the puff pastry in the tart pan, press all around and the bottom.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk in a saucepan.
  4. Add the sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla and stir everything very well.
  5. Bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken and remove from the heat.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
