Ingredients

100g of butter (approximately 7 tablespoons)100g of chocolate (approximately 3.5 ounces)4 egg yolks250g of sugar (approximately 1 1/4 cups)250g of Maria biscuits (approximately 1 3/4 cups)

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter with the chocolate, chopped into pieces.
  2. Beat the 4 egg yolks and sugar together until creamy.
  3. When the chocolate is melted and still slightly warm, mix it with the egg yolks and sugar, stirring well.
  4. Break the biscuits into small pieces and mix them in, using your hands, form a roll.
  5. Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate overnight until firm.
