Preparation
- Melt the butter with the chocolate, chopped into pieces.
- Beat the 4 egg yolks and sugar together until creamy.
- When the chocolate is melted and still slightly warm, mix it with the egg yolks and sugar, stirring well.
- Break the biscuits into small pieces and mix them in, using your hands, form a roll.
- Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate overnight until firm.
